Starting in April 2023, my role as an Information Technology Supervisor at Rutgers Office of Information Technology has provided me with extensive experience in network management, technical support, and team supervision.
My role involved resolving network challenges using knowledge of Layer 1 to Layer 7 configurations, including cabling, IP address, NetMask, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, ensuring continuous connectivity and smooth data flow across the university's network.
I supervised and trained over 200 consultants, efficiently resolving over 300 IT tickets via ServiceNow. Promptly addressing critical issues such as security breaches and network interruptions significantly enhanced our resolution speed and overall service quality.
I developed a robust Python automation script with Selenium that streamlined client data aggregation processes from diverse platforms, reducing caller wait times by 50%. This automation enhanced operational efficiency and improved user satisfaction.
